As Clinical Associate Professor and former Associate Dean at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business, I have led the transformation of MBA and executive programs—pioneering innovations in online, hybrid, and data-driven initiatives that directly address the evolving needs of global business and industry.My work centers on translating critical trends—AI, digital transformation, and organizational strategy—into actionable learning and talent solutions for companies and institutions across more than 30 countries.
