As an Associate Director Value and Portfolio Lead, I collaborate with IT Finance to manage the Business of IT (BIT) investment. Business of IT is a transformation program to gain insights into our portfolio information, financials, and workforce allocations to enable Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM). My responsibilities include overseeing financial analysis, budget management, and resource allocation to ensure BIT investments align with strategic objectives. I produce regular reports and presentations with actionable insights for optimization and continuous improvement.I lead the process for setting and tracking quarterly OKRs, coordinating value realization activities across the BIT program. Additionally, I collaborate with process teams on identifying value propositions for capabilities like demand management and workforce allocation. I also collaborate with Customer Success teams and Change Management teams in developing the rollout strategy and value realization.
