Currently Vice President of Finance and Business Development for the Construction Products segment of Arcosa, a $1.3B+ revenue segment. Finance responsibilities include consolidation of segment financials, communicating results with CEO and CFO, identifying key metrics/trends to report to analysts, constructing MD & A section of 10-k/10-q, working with VP\'s of accounting for each business to ensure accounting consistency across the segment, interfacing with external auditors, and implementing financial policies and procedures. Investor Relations experience, joining our CFO in meetings with analysts and investors to discuss the construction products segment. Business Development responsibilities include managing the segment\'s M&A efforts - including strategic direction of the business through acquisitions. Identifying new products, end markets, geographies - building target lists and filtering opportunities. Completed 25+ acquisitions totaling $3B+ with single transactions as large as $1.2B.“Operational finance” - unique experience working directly with operations management to streamline reporting, manage the P&L through efficient expense tracking, building dashboards to develop efficiency metrics - primarily through in the field analysis to learn ground level operations. M&A Experience - Full deal lifecycle: Target company identification/analysis/strategic fit, valuation modeling, communication/negotiation lead with Seller, due diligence lead, preparation of Executive Management/Board of Directors deliverables, purchase agreement negotiation, integration planning/management, and purchase price accounting post transaction. Arcosa spun off from Trinity Industries in November 2018. Prior to Trinity, I worked for Amegy Bank in Houston, managing a commercial/private banking portfolio with a focus in the healthcare industry.
