Advancing high performance BRAIDED patterned material and its efficient, low environmental impact method of manufacture for the fashion and textile industry.Brad Jamison\'s original braided and patterned textile innovations are the result of over a decade of developing and testing linked and interlaced filament patterns using Jacquard Circular Lace Brading Machines. His testing has led to patents for 2 filament networks that are the basis of his fabric and apparel development, as well as prototyping for industries such as medical, automotive, aerospace, electronics and consumer goods. Significant machine improvements and manufacturing advances are inextricably linked with the patterning process.TEF Braids’ advanced patterning technology creates unbound, tension distributive textiles. Its patented linked and interlaced XhelX and ALX families of fabrics are made on Jacquard circular lace braiding machines. Brad’s re-imagined use of the equipment produces two and three dimensional unitary fabric structures with diversified zones—conformal fabrics with natural resilience that have broad applications in sectors including consumer goods, aerospace, automotive, military, medical, energy conservation, and robotics.TEF textiles incorporate a wide range of yarns and materials, including natural, synthetic, and technical fibers and metal, and its manufacturing methods limit piecework and material waste. The fabric is the foundation of TEF’s Tensengral footwear/bodywear and its Enter Play Sports products, including Birdball which was a flexible composite with a focus on stability and impact resistance. Brad is dedicated to sustainable production and is deeply invested in the resurgence of the country’s leadership in fiber technology and textile manufacturing.

EPS\'s Birdballs were demonstrated at the 2017 IFPA World Footbag Championships in Portland, Oregon.
