As Managing Partner for Canada, Brad is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Canadian offices, Canadian portfolio and expanding the operation for new growth opportunities across Canada.Brad began his real estate career with a national brokerage firm specializing in industrial sales and leasing for 5 years. In 2006 Brad joined Panattoni Development Company to establish a presence for Panattoni in Western Canada focused on new projects in Edmonton and Calgary. Brad gained comprehensive experience of the development process identifying new acquisition opportunities; executing due diligence, entitlement approvals, land and building construction; asset stabilization; financing; and dispositions. Brad also played a key role as the single point of contact for several corporate accounts where Brad has worked with repeat Panattoni clients in various markets across Canada. Currently Panattoni Development Company has Canadian offices in Toronto, Edmonton, Calgary and Vancouver.
