My background is in Banking and commercial lending, including all matters of real estate lending and also C&I lending. Hettich Financing Solutions and Commercial Lending X were established to aid small business clients with their finances and to help small business owners and real estate investors gain access to the capital necessary to operate and grow their businesses. Through Hettich Financing Solutions we also provide a wide array of bank consulting services primarily related to loan file review work, appraisal ordering and review work, and management consulting. We offer out-sourced underwriting and credit file management for the credit departments for commercial banks, as well as third party commercial loan review services. The loan review services included pre-bank acquisition portfolio review, post acquisition review, credit loss review, loan valuation services for portfolios for sale, risk rating review, and on-going external loan review services.
