A self-proclaimed non-conformist, Brad is inspired by people, our collective ingenuity, and our ability to innovate.A little over 20 years ago, Brad left a successful career in the hospitality industry in pursuit of new challenges and made an unpredictable move into mechanical contracting. His adaptability and motivation to understand the trade, ground up, did not go unnoticed and he quickly moved up the ranks in the field and then office becoming managing director of business development. While Brad has juggled many roles over the course of his diverse career, one constant has always remained the same – teamwork. Over the last 10 years Brad has been building True Mechanical based on the same core values that stood as the foundation for his early achievements and continue to motivate him now. Brad recognizes that people and the value they bring to their team are as critical to the collective success of a company as the service that it provides. So Brad doesn’t hire employees, he cultivates partners and endeavors to support their professional and personal growth. In 2021 the opportunity to purchase and incorporate Broadway HVAC - Construction into the partnership of Omega presented itself. In June 2022 these two companies have joined as one in True Mechanical Ltd.True Mechanical combines the legacy of Broadway, and the momentum and agility of Omega, into one cohesive image, name and culture.The unification of these companies under a single brand empowers cross-functional teams with a sense of belonging, a shared vision for high-performance and a collective mission to create a culture of excellence.
