I have been in the Recruiting/TA industry for nearly 35 years. Currently, I\'m part of a world class Talent Acquisition Team at PNC Bank supporting a number of Lines of Businesses. They include our Asset Management Group, PNCI, Asset Based Lending and Equipment Financing. For the last 2.5 years I have been supporting PNC\'s Wealth and Investment Line of Business, souring Financial Advisors on a national basis.Also, over the years, my roles included; Regional Director of Recruitment for a division of a Fortune 100 corporation (Information Technologies), a contractor/consultant recruiter for a Super Regional Bank, contract recruiter for one of the largest engineering services firm, and in the third party staffing industry as a Salesperson, Manager, and Regional Sales Manager.
