About Brad Gorski
Proven property tax leader. Real estate and personal property tax professional since 1988. Brad Gorski serves as a Principal in the Personal Property Compliance practice at Ryan. Brad was previously the Chief Operating Officer for Paradigm responsible for all Real Estate and Personal Property operations. Brad also lead the National Personal Property Tax practice of the Paradigm Tax Group. Brad was previously responsible for the Southeast property tax practice for Altus Group and Ryan LLC. While at Altus, Brad helped lead organic growth of the US property tax practices. Prior to Altus Group and Ryan, Brad represented Thomson Reuters for property tax software and outsourcing services business development & sales in the Eastern half of the US. Prior to joining Thomson Reuters, Brad was with PricewaterhouseCoopers for 9 years and served as the Southeast property tax practice leader in Atlanta for 6 years and the Mid-Atlantic region for 3 years. Brad has extensive experience in appraisal, property tax consulting, and compliance services. Brad has achieved reductions for both real and personal property through a combination of opportunities including functional and economic obsolescence studies, market valuation, asset reclassification, pollution control studies, intangible and soft cost studies, ghost asset reviews, and numerous other exemptions.Mr. Gorski is experienced in streamlining and automating the personal property compliance process by applying Six Sigma quality control measures. Brad has an MBA in Finance and holds a Certified General Appraisers license in Georgia and Tennessee and holds the CMI designation from the Institute for Professionals in Taxation. Brad also served as an instructor for the IPT Intermediate Personal Property Tax School for 5 years.
