ABOUT BRAD GIANNINI

I am currently part of Acadia Healthcare’s CEO In Training (CEOIT) program, where I am developing enterprise-level leadership capabilities focused on expanding access to high-quality, patient-centered behavioral healthcare. As part of this program, I have served as the Interim CEO of MeadowWood Behavioral Health, a 140-bed acute behavioral health hospital providing care for adolescents, adults, older adults, and detox patients, with step-down services including Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient Programs.In this role, I partner closely with clinical and operational leaders to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient care delivery while fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement. My leadership approach emphasizes clinical quality, staff development, and operational discipline in a highly regulated environment.Previously, I served as a Strategic Operations Project Manager at Acadia’s corporate office, where I led the opening and operationalization of 10 new behavioral health hospitals, adding more than beds to Acadia’s portfolio and underserved markets in the US. My responsibilities included integrating newly acquired facilities, leading divestitures, supporting Medicaid redetermination initiatives, and completing Certificate of Need filings to support Acadia’s long-term growth strategy.I began my career at Acadia as a Staff Accountant at Trustpoint Hospital, working closely with the CEO and executive leadership team on initiatives that strengthened hospital operations, improved revenue cycle performance, and supported sustainable financial stewardship.Throughout my career, I have remained committed to Acadia’s mission of delivering quality behavioral healthcare and improving access for patients and families.
