We also help management, directors and business owners assess critical strategic issues that impact shareholder value- Private Equity/Venture Capital – With institutional relationships across the country, we help companies raise equity capital, whether for growth or the recapitalization of existing shareholders. In addition, we have an investment fund (C&B Capital) that is positioned to participate as a co-investor in selected transactions- Through C&B Capital, we manage three growth equity funds with over $80 million under management. The funds are positioned to co-invest in growth equity transactions with other institutional investors.
