I started my career in the Staffing and Recruiting industry in 2018. I worked for a new company that had 5 employees and grew to 35+ over the 6 years that I worked there. I learned how to build relationships through both success and failure. I build a strong book of business that came from cold calls, referrals, hard work, and dumb luck. I moved to South Dakota to be closer to family in 2022 and worked for the same company remotely for 2 years. I wanted to get back to working with people in person and took a position with Access Systems in 2024. My goal is to build relationships with people and their businesses in order to help them come up with solutions to their office technology needs. I love meeting new people and learning about what they do, what is important to them, and being a part of their business in any way that I can.
