ABOUT BRAD FORTIER

Anthropologist, Educator, Author, Entertainer. My background in anthropology has given me the tools and insight for getting inside organizations and groups of all types. Couple that with 20+ years of training experience using collaborative and interactive exercises, eLearning design, ethnographic investigation and you have a skilled change agent who helps organizations thrive in dynamic fashion. Whether it\'s developing robust leadership, focusing a group of creatives in the meeting room, or facilitating learning on unconscious bias; I can make the chemistry happen. That\'s my strength as a collaborator. When it comes to finding unique connections between ideas, I thrive. My interdisciplinary MA combines anthropology and theater. I write, talk, and teach about how the tools of improvised theater can not only help us innovate but also deepen our lives as people. I help groups bridge differences in culture and understanding through using concepts from social science and the arts. I thrive in the process of individual and collaborative story-telling. I eat, breath, and sleep story structure, and I\'ve used it in a variety of marketing, copy-writing, and workshop settings. I also have a keen eye for finding what the story is and getting to the point. That point is usually moving people to reflect on their role in culture change, and let that be the guide. Specialties: Education Leadership, Training Strategy, Equity & Inclusion, Group Facilitation, Ethnography, Curriculum Development, Instruction and Training, Ideation and Visioning, Assessment
