Reporting to the VP of People and focuses on fostering strong relationships across the organization, and manages full cycle recruitment, staff development, and serves as an advocate for Integris internally and externally. Key responsibilities include:Develop and implement a recruitment strategy to attract, select, and retain diverse talent, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards.Conduct job analyses to update and maintain accurate role descriptions and recommend adjustments to compensation as needed to stay competitive.Oversee performance management systems and provide coaching to encourage employee development, aligning training initiatives with specific job roles.Provide HR consulting by advising managers and employees on employment law, employment contracts, and employee relations strategies.Create and execute HR policies and annual plans, developing budgets and setting HR metrics to track effectiveness and alignment with organizational goalsImplement and manage attendance and disability programs to facilitate return-to-work and recovery processes, ensuring all practices are compliant with legislative requirements.Design and promote employee engagement strategies to foster a positive organizational culture, conduct regular surveys, and implement feedback.Ensure clear, transparent internal communication that aligns with corporate identity and reinforces organizational goals.
