I also have significant experience in agribusiness litigation, particularly corporate dissolution, contract, and antitrust disputes. Before joining Ward and Smith, I clerked for the Honorable Malcolm J. Howard of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina, an experience that deepened my understanding of judicial decision-making and trial strategy.
