My duties include -Delivering a positive and well-mannered approach towards customers and their experience at the Pride Park Stadium-Maintaining a high level of silver service etiquette to a wide range of clients of Derby County at public, corporate and private events-Ensuring the customers receive their food and drinks orders in an efficient time-Dealing with challenging roles whilst working events and working as part of a team to conquer difficult tasks-Taking payments under busy circumstances, especially on match days-Escorting each customer to the correct suites within the stadium-Preparing events under a high level of pressure within a certain time frame.
