I am a National Security & International Trade attorney in Holland & Knight’s Washington D.C. office. My practice is focused on foreign direct investment and industrial security matters, including Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) reviews; Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) filings, including foreign ownership, control or influence (FOCI) mitigation; and compliance with the U.S. Department of the Treasury\'s Outbound Investment Security Program. I also advise clients on other national security regulatory matters related to compliance with U.S. export controls (e.g, ITAR and EAR compliance) and economic sanctions, as well as congressional investigations and Federal Acquisition Security Council (FASC) matters.
