Brad Dobbins is the Chief Operating Officer of the premier global performance marketing marketplace, Perform[cb]. He previously served as the President of Perform[cb](20••••20), Executive Vice President of Affiliates (20••••18), Director of Affiliates (20••••13), and Affiliate Strategist (20••••12). In his current role, he focuses on relationship management and talent development, as well as maintaining ongoing initiatives and strategic planning. Prior to Clickbooth, Brad had extensive experience in customer relations as a Manager at Pulte Homes. A Florida native, Brad grew up in Gainesville and received a Bachelor’s in Marketing from the University of Central Florida. His approach to business has always been two-fold: sales and people-centric. In his current role, he strives to build a great company and culture by helping to develop team members, ensuring they are in positions in which they can succeed.Clickbooth was founded and built with the belief that a Fortune 500 company and a rising entrepreneur should have the same access to acquiring new customers at scale. Today, Clickbooth is actively developing and supporting the technologies to make this possible, with the ultimate goal to shift all online advertising to a performance-based model. He also enjoys traveling and cheering on the Dallas Cowboys.
