Lawyer and Compliance Officer focusing on consumer financial protection laws. Ten years of law firm experience with debtor/creditor, bankruptcy, FDCPA, TCPA, mortgage foreclosure, student loan law. Currently, I manage an enterprise-wide UDAP/UDAAP compliance program.A leader in the non-traditional legal field of compliance, I was responsible for the creation, and served as Co-Chairman, of the Erie County Bar Association’s Compliance Committee. Moreover, I was also instrumental in the creation of Buffalo Law School’s Compliance and Ethics Course, which I now teach.
