ABOUT BRAD RICHARDS

Brad is a dynamic and results-oriented Patent Attorney with comprehensive expertise in intellectual property law, specializing in patent prosecution, PTAB proceedings, and patent litigation. He possesses a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering with a concentration in Patent Law from GW and a J.D. from American University WCL, where he focused on Patent Law and Intellectual Property Law. Brad has experience prosecuting patents at the USPTO, including arguing patentability in patent appeals at the PTAB. During his time in law school, he clerked at the U.S. International Trade Commission\'s Office of Unfair Imports Investigations, where he supported Staff Attorneys in Section 337 Investigations before the Commission. Brad\'s versatile Mechanical Engineering background allows him to focus on a broad array of technologies. His primary interests lie in the automotive, medical device, aerospace, semiconductor, AI application, and consumer products fields; however, he also has experience in the manufacturing, transportation, communications, and material science fields.
