About Brad Crook
Brad Crook has worked in the defense industry with the Air Force since 2006. His accomplishments include embedded software programming as an air-to-air weapons specialist with the 309th Software Engineering Group. He also worked as a software process manager helping his group achieve the coveted CMMI level 5 designation. He also pushed for process changes within projects to become more agile and to initiate agile training.Later, Brad worked in the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center in the program office on the Strategic Automated Command and Control System replacement as a senior engineer. There he oversaw the contract requirements, schedules, funding, and provided answers to difficult decision making under the direction of the program manager.Currently, Brad works for the Air Force Sustainment Center as the STEM Talent Acquisition Manager working with Universities and other sustainment complexes to connect hiring authorities to qualified potential candidates.
