Relentlessly in pursuit of my mission: Use the medium of active living, more specifically basketball and rescue environments, to inspire life change and the pursuit of the best version of yourself. Holding myself accountable to Shoot 360\'s Core Values of First Who then What, Culture of Discipline, Culture of Innovation and Culture of Education, I am able to attain my life\'s professional goals. My natural gifts are motivation, cultural creation, operational health, public speaking and education and I believe that by giving those gifts that were giving to me by my Creator is paramount to attaining the best version of myself. While I strive to put my penny in the jar every day by sharpening those gifts, the ongoing work of sharpening my non-natural skill sets reminds me to get 1% better each day so that I am the well-rounded Disciple that God calls me to be. I attempt to seek to understand first instead of being understood and love to impact people as best I can even if that\'s just listening. My family is the most important thing in the world to me and I find the best joy when I\'m around my wife and three beautiful kids.
