In this role, I spearhead full scope of service duties for ProMedica Senior Care and non-medical product agreements for ProMedica Acute and Non-Acute care. I achieve company\'s vision, support strategies, and help plan annual budget by orchestrating all business activities. I strengthen vendor relations and streamline vendor transition for divestitures, acquisitions, and merger of ProMedica and HCR Manor Care. Collaborate with buyers, sellers, and consultants.• Successfully negotiated multi‑year contracts delivering millions in financial impact across 400+ products and services, including $6.5M in realized savings and $3.5M in cost avoidance in 2025;$3M in savings and $780K in cost avoidance in 2024; and $4M in savings in 2023. Targeting $6M in savings for 2026.• Implemented new system-wide ERP and superintended DSSI ordering platform with 100+ vendors for 350 locations, and standardized formularies.• Decreased FTEs by six without affecting outcomes. Led 95 divestitures and 12 acquisitions by associating with new operators and signing agreements.• Managed to get PPE/other items to all of 350 nursing home locations during Pandemic.
