   Serve as CEO for a graduate school with 40+ staff and faculty and 200+ students. Supervise 5 direct reports including academic affairs, admissions and student services, advancement and strategic initiatives, finance and administration, and HR. Manage a $7 million annual budget. Leading a merger and acquisition strategy for long-term fiscal sustainability. Implementing board training in the dynamics of major institutional change. Guiding the 10-year reaccreditation process. Facilitate fundraising.The seminary offers online and hybrid master\'s and doctoral degrees in theology and religious leadership, as well as certificate programs in chaplaincy, the study of Black faith and life, LGBTQ+ studies, interreligious engagement, and Muslim studies.
