I became a core member of this team and my input significantly influenced the system configuration as well as a number of technical details. Especially a dedicated proximal medial Tibia plate is based on my and one of my leading surgeon’s input and the design turned out to be the most successful plate in the system that was awarded the BEST NEW PRODUCT FOR STRYKER TRAUMA IN 2015!*As member of this design team, I successfully worked with our engineering and marketing departments and was involved in many aspects of the NPDP process learning what was needed to turn a great idea into a successful product. I was continuously driven to create the best product and achieve the best outcome for our patients.* Worked with R&D on multiple new product developments (Early Product Surveillance) on the Twinfix Compression Screw, Micro Asnis Cannulated Screw, AxSOS Proximal Lateral Tibia & Distal Femoral Targeting Inst, T2 Supra Patella Tibia Inst, Pelvis 2, Hoffmann External Fixator, AxSOS Distal Medial, Distal Anterolateral, Proximal Medial Tibia & Proximal Humerus Plates, Distal Fibula Plate, Ankle Solutions Tray, Variax Elbow, Variax Clavicle, Variax SpeedGuide, AxSOS 3 Titanium Distal Femoral, Proximal Lateral & Medial Tibia Plates, Distal Medial & Anterolateral Tibia Plates *Providing 24/7 On-Call in the OR for all cases *Ranked in top 3% out of more than Sales Representatives in 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 & 2014.
