Perform monthly workload forecasting for both hard and soft backlogs, as well as staffing for Rocky Mountain Water Resources Staff. Currently managing $2.4 million dollars in current projects and recently won a $1.8 million dollar stream restoration and low-water crossing project, and a $1.3 million dollar storm drain system improvement to increase that number to $5.5 million. Currently leading a bi-weekly project management round table via MS Teams to mentor internal project managers on the tools and processes to improve their project management skills. Works diligently to mentor and train junior PMs and technologists below him to grow their careers and abilities. Currently overseeing the update to the DOTI Wastewater Master Specifications and the services during construction for Phase 2 of the DOTI Heron Pond project.
