ABOUT BRAD BEANBLOSSOM

Brad Beanblossom is currently Partner at NW1 Partners, a real estate investment firm dedicated to programmatic partnerships across property types with entrepreneurial local operating partners. NW1 invests in high conviction and differentiated strategies in the U.S, U.K, and Europe. Leveraging his more than 17 years of real estate investment and portfolio management experience, Brad’s responsibilities at NW1 include investment sourcing, partnership formation and strategy, portfolio management, and capital relationships. Prior to starting NW1 with a partner and strategic sponsor, Brad was Senior Vice President at Sam Zell’s real estate private equity firm, Equity International (EI), where he was co-head of investments and a member of the investment committee. During his 15-year tenure at EI, Brad participated in the investment in or portfolio management of more than 20 entrepreneurial real estate operating companies across nearly all property types and investment structures, and multiple geographies. Brad’s role was often as a member of the board of directors or investment committee of EI’s portfolio companies and his responsibilities with EI’s portfolio companies included portfolio construction and management, capitalization strategy, executive compensation, and divestment. Brad began his real estate career at Arnold Palmer Golf Management where as an Associate he was responsible for underwriting golf course property investments. Brad received a Bachelor of Arts in History from DePauw University and his Masters in Business Administration in Finance from the University of San Francisco.
