Engage in the provision of psychotherapy via telehealth for a full caseload of adults and adolescents with mental illness, addiction, criminal justice, and/or housing and benefit issues• Coordinate care with medical providers for clients receiving medications with therapy• Report on clients’ behalf regarding their adherence to their treatment with outside providers, parole and probation officers, school counselors, and family members• Discuss cases with rest of clinical team in order to best facilitate their care both internally and with any necessary outside referrals made to other levels of care• Both attend and facilitate CEU trainings on mental health, addiction, and social issues; enter progress notes and treatment plans in the EHR, Practice Fusion
