As the Founder & CEO of TechBridge Inc, I’ve built and scaled a successful IT staffing and recruiting firm from the ground up by connecting top Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce, Sitecore, and Magento talent with tech organizations. What started as a mission to simplify tech hiring evolved into offering direct-hire, temp-to-hire, and managed services solutions that solve real business pain points in talent pipelines, operational capacity, and growth. My experience as a business owner has sharpened my expertise across the exact areas most companies struggle with: Talent Management - Designing end-to-end strategies that attract, retain, and develop high-performing teams (including H-1B support and career development paths). Sales & Marketing – Driving business development, building communities (e.g, launching and growing the AEM Meetup at Axis41 that generated new clients and hires), creating content/podcast thought leadership, and closing deals with enterprise clients.Business Operations – Streamlining processes, scaling from startup to serving hundreds of clients, and optimizing how teams work remotely, on-site, or hybrid. Prior to TechBridge, I held roles in marketing & business development (Axis41), business & community development at Artyllect Consulting, and operations leadership, giving me a 360° view of what it takes to run and grow a business profitably.
