Mr. Anderson is CEO and President of Global Risk Managers, Inc.(Global). He has been an executive in the infrastructure insurance industry as an agent, consultant, and underwriter for over 30 years. Global, founded in 1991, provides risk management services to public and private entities. Global develops and implements sophisticated risk management programs for federal, state, land local governments to effectively manage the safety and risk exposure associated with mega construction operations through the use of Owner Controlled Insurance Programs (OCIPs). Mr. Anderson, served as the exclusive OCIP Consultant to the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) through AASHTO\'s selection of Global as its broker of record to design, market, implement and administer OCIPs to AASHTO\'s member state departments of transportation.Mr. Anderson, is working to significantly expand the resources of minority contractors and support disenfranchised communities through a proven, sustainable platform called Owner Controlled Insurance Programs (OCIP). The architect of Global’s economic justice program was the late Congressman John Lewis. Mr. Anderson, is an advocate for economic justice, diversity, equality, workforce development, and social risk management.Mr. Anderson, is also CEO of All the Tribes Incorporated and All the Tribes Sports, Incorporated (ATTI) is strategically aligned with global entities to maximize procurement and supply chain efficiency for any Native American Tribe (Tribe). Our consultants\' experience represents 20 years of supply chain management expertise that includes agricultural commodity trading, supply chain strategy and global purchasing with Fortune 500 companies in the food industry.ATTI\'s agribusiness development leads to the broad distribution of Indian Country goods and services, opens the door for Tribal members\' products to move into new vendors and markets. This conduit would be unique for each Tribe. The STEM and Golf Academy platform of All the Tribes Sports Incorporated makes STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) engaging with golf, and make golf interesting with STEM. We are marketing the STEM and Golf Academy as a platform to use golf to promote peoples\' interest in STEM. We see the STEM Golf Academy as an ideal site for companies to use golf as a tool to get underserved people interested in STEM and thereby expand the capacity and diversity of the STEM workforce pipeline.

   Brad Anderson, President and CEO of Global, has worked in the insurance industry as a consultant and underwriter for over 30 years. Global Risk Managers, Inc. was founded by Brad Anderson in 1991 to provide risk management services to public and private entities. Specifically, Global is focused on developing and implementing Risk Management Programs to assist clients in effectively managing the risk exposure associated with their operations. The American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) selected Global Risk Managers, Inc. as its exclusive insurance broker to assist in developing and marketing OCIPs to the AASHTO membership. The AASHTO-Global OCIP, as it is known, seeks to develop, implement and administer OCIPs for owners of major infrastructure projects (i.e. state departments of transportation, transit agencies, airport authorities, water authorities, corps of engineers, etc.) that comply with applicable federal policies and guidelines. Today, Global is advocating the use of a OCIP for City, County and State infrastructure programs. Global is proposing the use of OCIP insurance policies by US FRA and FEMA. Specifically, Global proposes to work with the Secretary of Transportation and Secretary of Homeland Security ​to create a pilot program to demonstrate the benefits of Owner Controlled Insurance Programs.
