If you read The 6 Types of Working Genius, by Patrick Lencioni, I am what is referred to as \"The Loyal Finisher\"- A responsive, dependable doer, who is willing to step up when something is needed, and determined to fulfill their commitments. I use my talents of enablement and tenacity. Simply put, I get stuff done. I\'ve built my career on being a coachable and loyal teammate. You\'ll find me with sleeves rolled up, working on an organized list of tasks necessary to help get the job done. I\'m happiest when that job is leading a team down a strategic path that brings real value to our customer. This has led to a variety of opportunities for me, which gives me a broad view of how organizations operate. I strive to be humble and kind, learn from those smarter than me, help people, and keep a good sense of humor. I believe that the ability to make things simple and communicate clearly with others is extraordinarily valuable. I want to make myself, my team, and the company I work for, a little better each day. This mindset, with help from others along the way and a bit of good luck, has served me well.Working for S&S Tire and Valvoline, I\'ve developed a passion for the automotive industry. I love the tire business! I will notice your tires first at a traffic light, love the smell of a tire warehouse, and carry a tread depth gauge in my wallet. I\'ve held a few titles, but my two favorites have been \"Dad\" to a beautiful daughter and \"Husband\" to a beautiful wife. When I\'m not working or hanging out with my girls and our two dogs, I\'m usually on my bass boat chasing fish, detailing a vehicle, watching University of Kentucky sports, or listening to some good music.
