ABOUT BILAL QAMAR

As a Mechanical Engineer (M. Sc.) specialized in research and development, I have built strong expertise in thermodynamics, vacuum and refrigeration technology, simulation & programming (Python, MATLAB), and further deepened my skills in CAD and 3D printing on a hobby level. I have successfully applied this technical foundation to the pharmaceutical industry. For several years, I have been managing international projects in the field of pharmaceutical freeze-drying (lyophilization) systems – from engineering and GMP-compliant qualification & validation to global implementation and successful customer delivery, having worked worldwide (Germany, Switzerland, Austria, France, Italy, USA, South Korea, and more). Currently, I am in a Project-Management role where I take full ownership of project success – including budget responsibility, team leadership, direct reporting to the executive board, and close coordination with international stakeholders. Key achievements-> Certified Pharma Engineer with international project experience -> Awarded for the best Master’s thesis in Mechanical Engineering -> Leadership of multicultural, cross-functional teams -> Expertise in process optimization, system development & validation -> Currently pursuing IPMA project management certification My goal is to combine technical expertise and managerial excellence to deliver projects efficiently, safely, and sustainably – driving innovation in the pharmaceutical industry worldwide.
