Founded by a team of technology and digital experts, IMMERSIVE FACTORY is a virtual platform dedicated to EHS (Environment, Health and Safety at work) exercises and events. People can learn, share and improve skills thanks to a content of more than 60 workshops in 3D simulation or in Virtual Reality IMMERSIVE FACTORY develops its EHS training and events based on real life situations, available in multiple workspaces and customizable campus. The training workshops leverage the benefits of active learning and give trainees a leading role in their own course. All courses and exercises have been specifically designed by EHS/QHSE experts in partnership with leading industrial groups. These courses simulate hazards or incidents at industrial sites and allow organizations to check for compliance with procedures and to improve their employees\' behavior during their training. In 2020, IMMERSIVE FACTORY launched an improved version of its platform deeply transforming it in a permanent, immersive, and collaborative environment for training and awareness-raising.
