ABOUT BLANCA PANIAGÜE

I bring over 15 years of design, construction and project management expertise. As Project Manager, I’m responsible for space planning, stakeholders management, resourcing and coaching, selecting finishes, furniture and lighting, contract documents QAQC and millwork detailing, construction administration and project closeout; all while understanding project budget - time constraints and committed to delivering successful projects each time. Capable to manage various projects from beginning to completion - throughout all phases, I’m is also a Project Management Professional (PMP®) accredited by the Project Management Institute and an active member. I’m an passionate about workplace strategy and workplace design utilizing 3D Modeling and production software like Revit, AutoCAD and the Adobe Suite. I’ve worked on a variety of project types including corporate workplace, industrial, commercial, retail and technology. I have managed more than 85 projects, built or design more than 590M sqft, managed more than US$ 34MM and led multidisciplinary teams. Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, MS project, InDesign, Deltek Vision, Newforma and BIM.
