My role spans systems, infrastructure, processes, and people—ensuring the organization operates with clarity, reliability, and continuous improvement.I initially joined Piedmont as Director of IT, partnering with the CTO to modernize systems and remove bottlenecks. That work evolved into a broader operational leadership role, where I now oversee production, IT, safety, and cross-department alignment.
