Development and implementation of a pipeline for systematic analysis of enhancer RNAs- Evaluation, improvement, and utilization of previously published statistical and ML-based tools for optimizing the pipelines- Statistical analysis and integration of multi-omics data (RNA-Seq, ChIP-Seq, CUT & RUN, ATAC-Seq, WGBS/RRBS) from cohorts and publicly available datasets in order to ask and address relevant biological questions- Regularly reporting progress and new findings in verbal or writing forms- Data visualization for scientific communication with both colleagues and the public- Regularly following the literature in order to be in the know of the cutting-edge research
