Started Boyer & Associates Inc. as a professional consulting firm that provides cost estimates and dry utility coordination for development projects in both public and private sectors. I strategically bridged the gap between the developer and utilities that provide electric, telephone, CATV and gas services. The approach was based on clear communication and efficient sharing of information between the professionals involved in a project through an innovative system called Project Tracker. Being associated with some of Southern California\'s most complex and historic projects over the past 20 years, from master planned communities to commercial, mixed-use and multifamily projects. Provided leadership to establish company’s mission and vision including operational and budgetary performance levels, corporate pricing, business roadmaps and daily operational oversight.Specialties: • Developed a web based project collaboration tool called Project Tracker, That Shares files, meets deadlines, assign tasks, centralize feedback, and keeps clients up to date on the project status.• Spearheaded teams on master plan projects, commercial and mixed-use projects.• Coordinated relocations of 500kv, 115kv, 66kv, 33kv, 16kv, and 12kv electric lines. Relocated gas transmission lines, have worked with SCE, SDG & E, LADWP, PG & E and a multitude of city owned power providers.
