For more than a decade, I have helped Google Cloud evolve into a global technology leader. Currently, I am responsible for the retention and growth of our Workspace customers across North America and Latin America. My role involves orchestrating comprehensive go-to-market strategies, optimizing sales performance, ensuring top-tier client satisfaction, driving customer renewals, and streamlining operations across these diverse regions.As Google’s flagship Cloud productivity product, Google Workspace is a cloud-native suite of premium tools for work, now with Google AI integrated into every product. From familiar apps like Gmail, Docs, Drive, and Meet to new ones like the Gemini app and NotebookLM, it enables you to work smarter and faster while keeping your data secure with built-in, enterprise-grade security. Success in my work means changing how businesses use technology to improve culture and become more innovative, collaborative, and productive. This includes leading the transition from sometimes archaic ways of working to adopting cutting-edge technology. It requires a vision for the future, a respect for the past, and an achievable plan for moving organizations forward. For many executives, Cloud technology is unfamiliar but necessary for the organizations they lead. Positioning a generative AI productivity product they know they need but do not understand requires a unique combination of deep technical knowledge, a strategic understanding of the evolving landscape, and constant collaboration with leaders from across Google and with customers globally. Beyond Google, I am proud to serve as Board Chair for the Anchal Project, a non-profit dedicated to empowering marginalized women through sustainable products, holistic programs, and global market access. Prior to Google I served as an officer in the United States Army in a number of tactical, operational and strategic roles across the Special Operations and Theater Commands. I am a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point with a degree in political science and engineering.
