I am the Chief Supply Chain Officer at Walker Edison partnering with the COO in a leading e-commerce based manufacturer of stylish and affordable home furnishings. With over 10 years of executive experience in accounting, finance, data analytics, operations. I have a passion for building businesses and solving problems. As the head of global supply chain planning, I ensure end-to-end execution and alignment with the company\'s sales, inventory, and operations plan. I manage and oversee the demand planning, supply planning, and procurement teams, and lead process improvement, systems management and design, inventory optimization, network design, and channel modeling initiatives. I also collaborate closely with sales and merchandising leaders to set and optimize product assortment strategies. Previously, I served for nearly 8 years as the Chief Financial Officer, driving and facilitating organizational change, value creation, and strategic growth. As CFO I led and completed five private equity transactions including minority and majority interest transactions to fuel the growth of the company, which has been recognized as one of the fastest-growing companies in Utah. I am dedicated, hardworking, and decisive, and I believe in taking action to create opportunities and solutions. In 2021 I was recognized as one of Utah\'s 40 under 40 executives to watch and was the first e-commerce furniture designer to receive the ASFD Pinnacle Design Award in 2013.
