Prost Brewing Company is developing Biergartens along the front range of Colorado to complement its retail distribution and brewing operation of high quality, authentic German biers that are made according the the German purity standards of Reinheitzgebot. The Biergartens feature the Prost biers, cocktails & wine on tap and frozen cocktails with a creative “Germanesque\" food menu & entertainment. All in a modern design with an extensive outdoor garden that includes landscaping, fire pits, stage for music & traditional Biergarten seating. Gosh Enterprises owns, operates and franchises approximately 635 Charley\'s Philly Steaks, 80 Lenny\'s Subs and 40 Bibibop Asian Grill fast casual restaurants. Gosh is based in Columbus, Ohio. Good Times Restaurants Inc. owns, operates and licenses 35 Good Times Burgers and Frozen Custard restaurants, a regional chain of quick service restaurants located primarily in Colorado. Good Times provides a menu of high quality all natural hamburgers, 100% all natural chicken tenderloins, fresh frozen custard, fresh cut fries, fresh lemonades and other unique offerings. Good Times Restaurants Inc. also owns and operates Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar restaurants. There are currently 43 company owned, joint ventured, franchised and licensed Bad Daddy’s open with several more in development in Colorado and the mid-Atlantic region. Bad Daddy’s is a full service, upscale, “small box” restaurant concept featuring a chef driven menu of gourmet signature burgers, chopped salads, appetizers and sandwiches with a full bar and a focus on a selection of craft microbrew beers in a high energy atmosphere that appeals to a broad consumer base.
