About Boyd Baumgartner
I\'ve been in the Fingerprint industry for 20 years. Outside of casework my emphasis has been on coding, digital imaging, and root cause analysis.I had the privilege of creating an in-house Laboratory Information Management System along with operational reports.I am fluent in SQL, VBA and Python. Prior to fingerprints I was a process manager at an Internet Service Provider where I gathered requirements from senior management and translated them into functional requirements for IT in order to create sales and support tools.
