Part-time (remote) during academic terms; Full-time (on-site) during breaks — contributed to an adaptive closed-loop transcutaneous auricular vagus nerve stimulation (taVNS) system integrating EEG/ECG/respiration for real-time neuromodulation.• Participated in the development of a multimodal closed-loop transcutaneous auricular vagus nerve stimulation (taVNS) system integrating EEG/ECG/respiration signals for real-time adaptive neuromodulation.• Independently acquired and quality-controlled multimodal physiological data from healthy participants during stimulation sessions, ensuring signal integrity for downstream analysis.• Processed EEG using EEGLAB and MATLAB (ICA, time–frequency analysis, topographic mapping) and extracted HRV/respiration features to assess autonomic responses.• Supported algorithm development for real-time stimulation adjustment based on multimodal feedback, enabling personalized protocol design and evaluation of cognitive-affective effects.• During academic terms (remote), focused on the in-progress analysis-to-submission workflow—processing and modeling newly collected participant data (EEG/ECG/respiration feature extraction, QC, and response quantification), generating publication-grade figures/tables, and supporting manuscript drafting (methods/results write-up and iterative revisions) toward a targeted submission in late January.
