I love a challenge and am known for working in partnership to build solutions to problems big and small, currently the financing of climate action. With equal parts strategy, operations and relationship management, I\'m dedicated to leveraging expertise gained through twenty plus years in business consulting and international development - six of which were spent living in developing countries - to drive innovative solutions with social and environmental impact, and especially for those less able to help themselves.Working in the field of financing climate action, I apply my experience in bringing partners and their diverse ideas together in order to devise plans for addressing today\'s most complex and dire challenge.    Lead on partner engagement strategy and support program design and operations in establishing and capitalizing the Scaling Climate Action by Lowering Emissions (SCALE) partnership. Support delivery oversight of $5 billion portfolio of ongoing climate and carbon finance programs. Support country-level emissions reductions projects.• Lead SCALE donor/partner engagement strategy development and support management in engagement.
