ABOUT BOUSSEÏF BEHNASS

As a UK Business Developer at Wecasa, I contribute to the company’s growth by onboarding and supporting service professionals, helping them succeed on the platform and deliver great experiences to customers.Over time, my role has naturally evolved beyond traditional business development. I’ve developed a strong interest in improving how we work — analyzing processes, identifying inefficiencies, and building smarter systems to make operations more effective. I’m particularly passionate about the intersection between human decision-making and technology: using automation and AI thoughtfully, while keeping a strong human-in-the-loop approach.For me, technology should enhance performance, not replace judgment. Whether in sales, operations, or process design, I believe sustainable growth comes from combining analytical thinking with empathy and practical business understanding.With a background in International Business (BBA – Excelia) and additional studies in finance at ESIC, I enjoy working at the crossroads of strategy, operations, and emerging tools — always with the goal of creating meaningful, measurable impact.
