ABOUT BOURBON X.

I am an aspiring product designer based in Toronto, Canada. Specialized in designing and launching complex B2B SaaS platforms for enterprises and B2C MVP for tech startups, I am passionate about designing and delivering next-gen solutions emphasizing efficiency and sustainability. Currently working as a Senior Product Designer at Allied Technical Solutions Software Inc, I lead end-to-end design processes in Agile style across 5 B2B SaaS products and 2 internal tools, where I collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including business, product managers, developers, QA analysts and customer success specialists, guiding team members with user-centric design principles and leveraging expertise of different teams, and thus crafting enjoyable user journeys from an innovative perspective. I have a background in architectural design and project management, where I frequently worked with user-centric design principles and interacted with customers. Later on, to better fulfill my passion for addressing user issues and meeting their expectations, I decided to pivot my career into UX Design industry, where I looked to leverage my skills in systematic thinking, visual design and team collaboration to tackle big problems and enhance user experience in a digital landscape.
