   Boundless Awareness provides a safe, structured space to explore the intersectionality of race, gender, sexuality and many other biases. When we are conscious of our own bias we provide a more productive, encouraging, and open work environment.​Having been a Public Defender for six years, Pooja knows how ingrained racism, sexism, homophobia and other biases are in our institutions, our local communities, and in ourselves. They do not exist as single issues, but rather overlap and intersect. We all carry bias but rarely do we have the language to examine the intersectionality and to express our ideas and feelings in respectful and honest ways. Boundless Awareness brings the language by addressing our implicit bias, examining our privilege and noticing how our privilege and bias form our deepest opinions. Once we unravel and untangle the stereotypes we unwittingly hold on to, the language to speak about our own bias becomes clearer. Visit us at
