I support various business units on external campaigns to increase their top of funnel pipeline. I do this attending intake meetings with stakeholders, gathering requirements and creating campaigns in Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. During the campaigns, I provide weekly updates on the performance and make adjustments if needed. In addition to external campaigns, I also create internal referral campaigns to help build top of funnel with employee referrals. I lead our PayPal Jobs website redesign - keeping track of timelines, content review, managing internal processes for go-live and working directly with our vendor to ensure a beautiful design of our website. I still remain the main point of contact within my department for any job postings issues, requests and general management of job posting distribution.
