Responsibilities : Attract and Recruit- Analyse area future needs, reviewing staff rotation and expansion for all store roles and ensure needs are met- Secure quality assessments of internal and external candidates through Recruitment and Talent Co-ordinator- Plan and organise quality introduction training for store management teams- Drive quality introduction training of sales staff through senior leaders Learn and Develop- Secure senior leaders work with structured performance management for all employees- Secure all employees receive a development check in bi-annually, including a development plan to support career goals and meaningful business growth- Map succession planning for the area, supporting managers to develop their teams and work with talent and leadership development- Oversee areas internal pipeline and support country organisation talent needs- Review area training needs and plan, deliver and follow up trainings in line with country focuses- Secure quantity and quality of area trainers and training storesEmployer Branding- Drive company culture through employee engagement activities- Oversee employee of the month routines for the area- Engage employees to participate in annual feedback survey- Drive action based on employee feedback to secure the best colleague experience- Participate in internal and external activity to promote the employer brandEmployee Relations- Secure working conditions comply with legislation- Implement and secure compliance from senior leaders on H & Ms policies- Act as a neutral escalation point for all employees with an aim to prevent and resolve employee related issues- Support senior leaders (and lead where necessary) on investigations, disciplinaries, grievances and appeals- Lead consultation processes (standard and collective) for any store consolidations across the area- Promote and drive E, D and I
