Consolidate disparate datasets to identify trends that will enhance decision making and process improvement efforts at TriWest. • Created SOP for department indicating how to conduct research based on analysis and findings. Develop, prepare and analyze healthcare cost reports. • Act as liaison to Data Management team to ensure we are aligned on data extractions and uploads. Establish and maintain analytics processes including procedures and appropriate contacts with customers. • Responsible for implementing new A/R system by testing system, providing feedback to consultants, and instructions regarding logic to make new system versatile enough to perform dynamic analyses for future inquiries.
