About Heather Binder
In 2020 the world changed, and so did I. In 2021 I moved my elderly parents, pets, and myself to the Silver Coast in Portugal to improve our quality of life, reduce stress and be able to care for my folks as they deserved. I love Portugal and knew I wanted to build something that would benefit local Portuguese people, expats/immigrants, and myself! I\'ve done just that and would love to chat and share my story. Protecting clients has always been at the heart of my passion. I have been fortunate to have done that for decades with commercial and residential real estate in the metro Phoenix area and Arizona. Reinventing myself, yet again I saw the holes in the relocation services to Portugal and the huge need for assistance at a different level. I enjoy the details, the knity gritty of getting things done! Although, I knew I needed the expertise of a strong, but gentle-handed local who would complement my work style and understand the language and the culture like only a native Portuguese person can.I partnered with my co-founder, Michael Favela, who is our Operations Manager out of Phoenix Arizona, and Boots on the Ground Portugal LLC was born. More partnerships with local Portuguese and other sole traders would develop, allowing us to round out our offerings to clients and provide a top-notch seamless consulting and administrative visa services experience.
